1. Who we are

DocConnect is a telemedicine platform operated by individual licensed physicians in the Philippines. The specific data controller is the physician whose practice you are using this instance of DocConnect to access.

2. Data we collect

  • Account identifiers — name, email, mobile number, date of birth, sex
  • Clinical data — encounter notes, vitals, diagnoses, prescriptions
  • Technical data — IP address, user agent, device type
  • Payment data — handled exclusively by PayMongo; we never see card details

3. Legal basis (Data Privacy Act of 2012)

We process your personal and sensitive personal information under Sections 12 and 13 of Republic Act 10173, based on your informed consent and the necessity of providing medical care.
